Finance up to 75% of the available equity in your home! The Credit Union offers two programs to choose from with Life and Disability Insurance options available:
- Our Closed-End Loan comes with a fixed rate and a minimum loan amount of $5,000.00. There is a $200,000.00 maximum loan amount and closing costs may be paid by the Credit Union!
- Our Open-End Loan is an adjustable rate, line-of-credit. The minimum credit limit is set at $10,000.00 with a $200,000.00 maximum and closing costs may be paid by the Credit Union, as well! An application fee of $150.00 is refundable with an initial draw of $15,000.00 at closing.
